[THIN] License Logging

Hey all -=20

We licensed site wide at my company, and supposedly we are therefore
allowed to disable the License Logging service on servers if we so
choose.  The Metaframe environment I support is a mix of Win2K and 2003
servers; are there any negative repercussions to disabling the service?
Are there interdependencies with either the 2000 or 2003 Terminal Server
Licensing services?

I checked the FAQ and archives for this, but no joy.  Thanks in advance.
