I'm not getting the gag ;-)

Starsky was Paul Michael Glaser, wasn't it? (Hutch being David Soul,
right?).

I remember watching the series as a kid, and the number of really awful,
awful cars, that suddenly sported a fetching red paint job, with the big
white, swoopover, was most comical.

Some of the most dire cars, ever, trying to be the epitome of cool.

You can't beat the General, though. I'd be tempted, apart from the fact
that I like cars to be able to stop as well as go ;-)
