Disney can handle these things better than the City and State can. 
Mainly because they have more money.

Well the good news is that they have a week to get electricity and
other basic services back on. I seriously doubt that it will affect
iForum itself, although if you are staying in an outlying hotel,
condo, rented house, etc., you might want to check and see if it is up
and running later this week.
