If you've applied SP1, turn off DEP (Data Execution Prevention).

Subject: [THIN] IE Not running
OK I am loosing my mind. I know there was a thread a few months ago, about
IE and Outlook not running on Windows 2003 servers. I double click the
icons and nothing happens. There was a registry hack or something to fix
this, but I have searched the thin archives and cannot find anything about
it. Please let me know if you know of anything.
