Yeah, I have seen this before, ensure you have all the hotfixes on for
MPS and the Windows hotfix for the beep issue as well. It's client
redirection stuff.
The answer below is the work around for SP1.

If you've applied SP1, turn off DEP (Data Execution Prevention).

OK I am loosing my mind. I know there was a thread a few months ago,
about IE and Outlook not running on Windows 2003 servers. I double
click the icons and nothing happens. There was a registry hack or
something to fix this, but I have searched the thin archives and cannot
find anything about it. Please let me know if you know of anything.
