[THIN] Grey box in taskbar

MessageI have a script that calls MS Access. For a long time I ran it on
NT4 TSE running on a dual processor machine. Now I've moved it to NT4 TSE
running on VMWare (single proc) and every time it executes, it leaves a grey
box in the taskbar - like there is a task running, but it is blank. If you
click on the box, it disappears. Anyone ever seen anything like that?
