[THIN] Re: Force WI to use ICA client, not Java

When WI fails over to Java, the client preference is stored in a cookie on
the client. When the local client is eventually installed, the cookie still
says to use Java. Deleting the cookie should fix it. 

Or, the user can go into the WI preferences and change the client to the
native client. That will also update the cookie.

We have Local client (Default) + Client for Java ticked.

This configuration works fine for most users (IE uses the local ICA client).

  However, if the ICA client isn't installed, JAVA is used (which is working

as designed).  If I then install the ICA client, some browsers continue to 
use JAVA which is where the issue is.  Firefox seems to do this the most..  
I need to work out how to change the association so the WI to use ICA client

not Java
