[THIN] Excel 2003 RDP Numlock Key

When using RDP to connect to a W2003 Terminal Server some users are having the
problem
that when they use in Excel 2003 the arrow keys next to the numlock keys then
instead going from
cell to cell, the cells are selected. When they turn off the numlock key the
arrow keys work, but then
the numeric keys on the keyboard do not work.
Has anyone seen this problem before ? And even better how to solve it ?
