You can just add the value to the registry, if you want - it's:-

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\DeleteRoamingCache

Data: 1
Type: REG_DWORD

As you can see it's a machine setting, so you don't need to script it
for countless users.
