Was the workstation imaged? Make sure the Citrix client has a unique name. I
have seen printers not autocreate properly because two workstations had the
same Citrix client name.  Also, check for driver mismatch between client and
server.

I will look at that, but it seems to only be affecting a single person, out
of hundreds.  I am thinking a client difference of some kind.

On TheThin.net I found this file "defprint.zip".
Unzip it and there is a text file that will tell you how to do what you
want. ;)
