Try changing Most Preferred to another server and then change back to the
one you want and see if that fixes it. That way you will know if you are
having an issue with your IMA service. Have you restarted IMA service on
Most Preferred?

I currently have preferences set for Most Preferred and Preferred. It is my
Most Preferred that gives me errors when the IMA service is started. Are
you saying to transfer the Most Preferred to some other server? I need to
someway get that server back into the Most Preferred role as it is a
dedicated DC and the current Preferred server is normally an app server.
Thanks for the help provided so far!
