Ron,
How can you ensure that your clients are talking to your other designated
"preferred" data collectors. Do not set a "Most Preferred"? Thanks.

WHAT?

A data collector, not a Data Store.

Under the farm properties, go into the Zone tab, and set up another
server as preferred, not most preferred, just preferred. When the ZDC
comes back up it will win the next election.

Make sure NFuse or your clients talk to more than your current ZDC

Make a backup from your Data Collector Data for disaster recovery. There
is no possibility
to create a Dackup Data Collector.
