XP would help, but I'm running Nt4 TSE and MF 1.8 SP2 If its back
compatible with the 550 or 660 or even 850 I should be fine.. Anyone know?

Unfortunately that article addresses LASERJETS - like most of us - we have
to deal with a whole s--- load of deskjets - and HP seems to come up with 4
or 5 new ones every quarter. I'd love to say we don't support deskjets -
and XP should with the universal print driver help - but what do you do with
the user who hits the Staples and Discount clubs for the inkjet du jour -
Any one have a written policy.
