I want to clarify that the color resolution is 16 bit color depth. The
app itself is not a 16bit app.

There are random spikes to 60% CPU, but these are instantaneous spikes,
not steady ones. This particular app itself is almost always idle on
CPU as all it does it make SQL queries.

Just a guess, but could the 16 bit app be pegging the CPU intermitently?
If so, do you have CPU optimization turned on?

Nope. Dell OptiPlex desktops with PS2 keyboards and mouse (some may be
USB).

I recall reading some things about SpeedScreen problems under PS4, could
this be a possibility?

Any chance they are using wireless keyboards? From my experience latency
doesn't normally cause the mouse to jump around.

I have a large number of people connecting through an Access Gateway to
a dedicated machine that is the zone collector and WI for PS4.0 install.
There are 2 app servers currently that serve applications.

I am getting reports frm these people that the cursor is jumping all
over the place and that switching between screens in prorgams is very
annoying.

These apps are published at 16bit.

I know these are typical things that could be considered latency or
bandwidth problems. Is there anything I can check or tweak to help
enhance the end users experience?
