Subject: [THIN] Citrix to client copy and paste problem

We have moved to a PS4.0 farm with x64 bit servers. Our old xp farm had few
issues, but the servers were 2000 and hardware was out of warranty.

Since we have moved we have had a LOT of trouble with users copying data from
excel on their client into their citrix hosted application. We have downloaded
and run the RepairCBDChain utility but the userbase is not happy with this
solution, since it has to be run on the client when the problem occurs.

We have looked at changing the CbChainInterval=<value> at the client level but
we have not noticed any real success from the clients when we do this, copy and
paste still seems to be a crap shoot. Does anyone else have a potential
solution for this?

This is not an issue of users not being allowed to copy and paste, it is that
it just works so intermittently. We have already made sure that the clipboard
is enabled on the ICA connection tab on all of the servers in the farm. But is
there something else on the server side that we have missed?

Thanks
