Hi,

Regarding sound (true in general, perhaps not related to your case):

Uncompressed clips will play better when compared to heavy compression
since Citrix uncompresses sound first before ICA compression (RLE 
presumably). Review possibility of saving your clips at low kHz (11 or 22) 
with no compression. Some codecs do not play well through ICA.
