Using a US locale it always defaults paper size to letter. Using a different locale such as UK, Aussie, NZ etc always defaults to A4. A lot of people don't set the default locale up correctly hence when you print the paper size is slightly off....Of course you need to use Policies or scripts if you have multiple people logging on from different countries with different default paper sizes. Not sure if this is your problem or not but something good to check. Since you are doing labels I doubt they are a4 in size !!! ________________________________ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ben Nordlander Sent: 16 January 2007 19:03 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Citrix Universal Printer (not driver) and formatting-page_layout I don't believe so.. you want to refresh my memory on this world famous problem? -Ben On 1/12/07, Raffensberger, Stephen D <sraffens@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Ben, This isn't the world famous A4 vs. Letter size problem is it? I'm trying to migrate them from client-mapped printers which work fine for labels to using the CUP. The problem is when they use the CUP-EMF Viewer, the labels are off.. like the page is shrunk just a little bit and no longer lines up correctly on the label paper. any ideas?
