I've worked through all of our issues with shadowing some months ago... It
is used by several departments on a daily bases, and it has not been a
problem since. Most of issues with shadowing have to do with setting up
the proper ACLs on the servers and in the Farm... Then there are color
depth and screen resolution to look at as well.

Subject: [THIN] Citrix Shadow

(Uing Citrix XPa1.0 in a Windows 2003 environment)

I found 'Citrix Shadow' to be an unfortunate tool that works probably 25-30%

of the time. Typically when a user needs assistance the shadow will result
in some error.

How has people's experience been with this feature and is there another
product that has been more typically used to assist users.

Thanks
Alex
