Subject: [THIN] Citrix MetaFrame

I just inherited a Citrix MetaFrame Server that has been running for
approx. 2+ years. I just recently renewed the Certificate with
Thawte. Since I renewed the certificate I am unable to running any
applications (I am using a Web front end accessing files on a second
server). When I try to run an application I am told 'Cannot connect
to the Citrix Server, the Citrix SSL server is not accepting
connections.' When I look in the event viewer on the Web Server it
tells me 'the certificate is not valid for the current date'. I
contacted Thawte and they insist that it is a Citrix issue.

When I go into the 'Citrix Configuration Tool' I get the following message:

Relay configuration data are not complete.
Default values have been loaded.
Use the application OK or Apply buttons to save these values.

Under 'Relay Credentials' the 'Server Certificate' is blank. Nothing
is displayed when I click on the drop down.
Under connection 'Relay Listening Port' is set to 443 and the server
IP address is correct

What am I missing or doing wrong, any help is greatly appreciated.
