[THIN] Change password prompt

When a user get a prompt to change password the following happens:
Message: Your password has expired and must be changed.
The user change password.
Message: Your password has been changed.
Message: Loading your personal settings...
Message: Applying your personal settings...
Message: Saving your personal settings...
The user get logged out and the local desktop is populated with all the
published desktops/applications even the ones that the user doesn't have
access to. If the user start the published desktop/application he can
login and start to work.
Questions:
Why does the user get logged out?
Why does the local desktop get populated with all the published
desktops/applications?
