There's numerous methods in scripts you could use to lift all the
computers in the domain - you could use browser information, or you
could evaluate computers via the WinNT provider - probably the easiest
method of reliably enumerating all the computers in the domain (bearing
in mind, though, will provide servers and DCs, too).
If you want to be more specific, you could use structural aspects of AD
for your selection, or incorporate some other attributes or matching
when obtaining computers.
Which sounds the likeliest to meet your needs?
