yes and yes. can you confirm. have you done a custom .msi install using the adobe admin tool. we disabled a lot of features and this has helped. Otherwise, have a look at FOX PDF reader. It's free, faster and works well under Citrix (we are testing this in DEV at the moment) I also use it on my laptop.
