To be nitpicky: Windows XP Pro and Windows 2000 do not have a "built-in"
TS CAL. Instead, it is more accurate to say that an activated Windows
2000 Terminal Services licensing server will give out a "free"
non-expiring TS CAL to these devices. If they had built-in CALs, then
you would not need an activated TS licensing server in a pure WinXPPro
or Win2K client environment. In fact, you always *do* need a licensing
server, so it can hand out these free CAL's to eligible devices, as well
as to hand out purchased CAL's to non-eligible devices (like Windows 98
systems, UNIX systems, Linux systems, etc).
