[THIN] 2003 Licence server on Win2kServer

Hi All
I have recently introduced a 2003 TS server into our 2000 environment, but i
am having trouble with licensing.
I understand from the Brian Madden site that i can upgrade the existing DCs
Licensing server to a 2003 compatable version
but i cant for the life of me find a reference for such software from MS
Have i got this wrong or am i just not looking in the right place
hope you can help thanks
