since the native one in iOS seems to do quite well but Winston has a great

I am thrilled to introduce a brand new iOS app:
Voice Dream Mail.
It reads your email out loud using
text-to-speech. And you control it by tapping and swiping anywhere on the
screen. For example, swipe right to skip to the next email. That means you'll
be able to triage your inbox very quickly without ever looking at the screen.
It's an example of a "born accessible" product:
commuters can use it without taking their eyes off the road, and people with
visual impairment and dyslexia can do email using a natural and highly
efficient interface.
The base app is free. Pro upgrade adds the
ability to reply by voice dictation and multiple email accounts. It supports
most email services including Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud, AOL, Outlook.com, and any
IMAP-based email services.
