[the-facts-machine] A question about The newest iOS update

A friend of mine did set her ring tone and her text tone and that works. But
when she tries to go in and put a sound to her in going and outgoing email; it
knocks her back to settings and will not let her set these two things up. What
can she do to correct this? Thanks in advance. Sent from my iPhone
