[texbirds] the 'Catch of the Day' on Galveston was a Solitary and A River Otter

Went out at the crack of dawn and things were pretty quiet.  A 
mississippi Kite was working on the TAMUG Marine habitat.  A While later 
we ran across a Solitary Sandpiper

..and a River Otter

a few warblers, but generally fairly quiet.
