[texbirds] Waller Co. a bit of fall out

Was able to get out around 5 pm and finally had some migrants. Best bird
was a female scarlet tanager, also had male and female rose-breasted
grosbeak, Baltimore orioles, 1 Blackburnian warbler, red-eyed vireo, and 2
Swainson's thrushes. Lots of white-crowned sparrows still around.
