The Harlingen (East) "Birder Patrol" will meet at 6:30 am at the Christian
Fellowship Church north parking lot on Loop 499 and have permission to
leave vehicles in the parking lot. The entrance is west of 13th Street on Loop
499 and across from the Lee Means Elementary school.
