I just posted 3 pictures I took this morning to our web site of 2 Hummingbirds. If you enlarge the shot of the Rufous/Allen;s (suspect Rufous) you can see the beautiful back feathers. The female Ruby-throated Hummingbird was banded here on 1/5/13 and you will notice the spot of yellow paint put on all 4 that were caught here that day. I think we may now have as many as 6 here. A Ruby-throated that appears to not be painted and I have not yet noticed a band on showed up 2-3 days ago. I have not been able to get a photo of it yet. _http://hansonnaturephotography.smugmug.com/Nature/Texas-Birds/17293655_vKBN QB#!i=2325494430&k=KR94PHV_ (http://hansonnaturephotography.smugmug.com/Nature/Texas-Birds/17293655_vKBNQB#!i=2325494430&k=KR94PHV) David Hanson Baytown/Mont Belvieu Area Chambers County Edit your Freelists account settings for TEXBIRDS at //www.freelists.org/list/texbirds Reposting of traffic from TEXBIRDS is prohibited without seeking permission from the List Owner
