In just five minutes this morning, just off the deck unperturbed by loud
talking and scraping of aluminum chairs, were many birds close up consisting of
over forty species enjoying the present low water condition of Ibis
Pond-including a Hudsonian Godwit, about thirty Wilson's Phalaropes, White
Ibises (Ibes?), White-rumped Sandpipers... WOW! Good jump start to the day!
