[texbirds] Hornsby Bend Piping Plover - no

Shelia Hargis and I drove around the ponds at Hornsby Bend in Austin this
morning. We stopped and scoped the drying beds thoroughly and did not see
the reported Piping Plover there.
As a bonus, on the road that goes between pond 2 and the river we saw a
Pileated Woodpecker. Also had Bank Swallows on the West end if pond 1 West.
