[texbirds] Flammulated Owl a yes at SPI

The Flammulated Owl was still present this morning, 1/19. However it was
roosting deep within the thicket of trees and shrubs and no one could get a
good look, except to see a few of its feathers. No photo ops to be had
today. I don't know who or how the first person found this owl today, it
seemed impossible it could be found without some tips.
