The trees back on the woody trail were hopping. Yellow-rumps, Orange Crown,
Ruby Kinglets. Found a good flooded area off of the field as you drive in with
lots of birds coming in to grab a bath. Song, White-throat, White Crowns
Sparrows. House finches. Spotted Towhee and the bird of the day-- Eastern
Towhee all came for a splash as I watched for 20 minutes... in the sun! out of
the wind!
