[texbirds] Correction on Immature Cooper's Hawk in South Austin backyard

I received two detailed responses to my post about what I thought was an
immature Cooper's Hawk in our backyard. Both corrected my misidentification
by saying it was clearly a Sharp Shinned Hawk.
