[texbirds] Clarification on options for birders to look for Zone-tailed Hawks at Frontera Audubon

I received an email tonight with questions about my post yesterday on the
Zone-tailed Hawks at Frontera Audubon. I should not noted that Frontera
Audubon Center in Weslaco was closed yesterday because they are closed
every Monday, and there was no opportunity to look for the hawks by the
pond as it is only visible from inside the Thicket which is locked when
they are closed. And I am not aware of any arrangements for them to be
open after their 4 pm closing for birders to look for the Zone-tailed
Hawks. The staff on duty Sunday agreed that day to stay late, and that has
happened in the past; but any future arrangements would need to be made
with the staff working that day or with the director, Sarah Williams.
