[techtalk] Laptop options

Hi Everyone,
Basically I`m contemplating buying a laptop as my current one is
a bit - well underpowered to put it mildly.
As some of you may remember, I play Eve (a lot) and so would want
to be able to play at significantly higher framerates than my
current laptop can manage (5 FPS anyone ;))
Budget - hmm to be honest thats a bit vague as I don`t know how
much the taxman is going to take from the payment I`m to receive
so lets say £500
I`ve generally had good service from Acer laptops over the past few
years (after all their pre-installed cruft has been removed) but am
open to other makes as well.
