[TechAssist] think you had a bad day? customer busted plasma screen!

Got a call this morning. A fellow said he has an almost new Philips 42
inch plasma TV he "kinda dropped" and "the screen is busted".
Is this the actual plasma screen ($$$$) or a front plastic cover?
Just wondering how bad his day really is.
