[TechAssist] second request, Zenith SMP noise SJ2504

this set uses the str53041 SMP.
it was shorted along with a few bad resistors, and bad
electro.
After replacing the parts the set plays great.
only problem is it has a strange noise when I turn the set
off.
no noise while playing but raspy sound from the SMP
transformer when in standby.
cant find any bad caps.
anyone hear this before?
