When the power button is pressed you hear a very faint thump from the spkr.
Then after a few seconds the rate gets faster and you start hearing the
degauss relay staring to kick in and gets a little fast till finally the
set comes on. The problem was (c4605K) 220uf 35v) next to the degauss
relay. This cap. filters the collector of Q4161 the +12 standby regulator.
