[TechAssist] Samsung Model PCK520R Dead Set

This unit came in dead, red standby indicator LED on, Found blown F804, no
other deffects found, replaced fuse. Set is still dead with red standby
indicator on, did not blow fuse after replacing. Does anyone have a service
manual on this they can upload or any tips they can share.
