Check D452 and D820 for leaky condition. The Key2 line is probably being
held too low. Also look for water spill or corrosion on Action pushbutton.

Subject: [TechAssist] question on Panasonic ct-20g6e chassis dp359

I have this unit in for service. When you push the power button it will turn
on. If you push any other button, including the power button, exept for the
"action" button you now will cycle from a setup menu, language merne, then
to a
snowy screen. I think it's on channel 3 at that point. Pressing buttons
starts
the cycle again. I unsoldered all switches and turned it on by jumpering the
pads and I get the same responce. I don't know if it is in a "demo" mode or
what. Any answers out there?
Thanks in advance
Roy
