See if this is applicable:
Symptom: Trays will not open.

Cause: Possible cause is capacitor at location 2352 on the CDR Power Supply
Board has vented. Check capacitor and if vented proceed with cure.

Cure: Replace capacitor and then place a 1.2k ohm 1/4 watt resistor in
parallel with the capacitor. Use part number 4835 116 57396.
