{1} Check for 150V across CX3407..if ok {2} Check for 123V at D3409 if
no...power supply not working.. ICX3431, QX3401, CX3113 and CX3416 if yes
{123V ok} Check standby +15V at CX3431 and standby +5V at ZD3401.. Hope
