[TechAssist] kv32s15 power supply

problem on a sony kv32s15, short output and blow out Q601/602. replace all the
part and solder the hor driver xformer check everything seem ok, plug in and
take out both Q601/602 in a sec. check vrd601 602 603 seem ok. it didn
t take out my HOT transistor this time. are there any good way to use low
voltage to troubleshoot the power supply to prevent keep blowing both
transistor.
