Thanks, but the remote model number I gave is just for a Daewoo DTQ-27S2FCV
year 2000 tv. The circuit board was totalled by lightning and after it had
been here a couple of years another shop gave me another board with no
audio, also lightning, from a declined estimate. I replaced the audio
process IC and that took care of the audio problem. I tried a couple of
different Daewoo tvcr remotes and about four different kinds of universal
remote but no response whatsoever. If I can get an original remote for less
than what I can sell the tv for and it still doesnt work then the sensor or
the micro must have a problem, but I dont want to tear it down and
troubleshoot again unless I am sure that the problem is inside.
