CX3416 ( 100uf ? ) is probably the only bad part.....unless this problem is 
let to fester.....then.....

Cx3416 47 Ufd @ 25vdc
Rx3406= 47 Ohms

Change Icx3431 (Str53041) QX3401 (121-1348 Or 2n4923 ) And Both 
Electrolitics Cx3413 100uf At 100 And Cx3416 22uf At 50 If You Use Generic 
Parts Make Sure Heat Sink Is Not Too Hot Too Touch After 20 Minutes. Should 
Be Hot But Not Melt Your Skin
