[TechAssist] Zenith Z27A12S (9-1791 main) loses color,very intermittant

Customer says it will play good sometimes all day. It may totally lose
color.Good black and white according to her. It hasn't happened here yet.
The master board 9-1791 has the jungle ICZ2200, a TA1268N.
I have had this chip cause no color in lightning issues.
Is this IC a known culprit with intermittant color loss? Or what is?
