[TechAssist] Orion TV Model Tv1329 - Vertical

I have no vertical deflection. I did replace IC401.
Voltages on IC401 (LA7840) are:
Pin 1 Gnd.
Pin 2 - 11.5
Pin 3 - 25
Pin 4 - 2.5
Pin 5 - 2.6
Pin 6 - 25.5
Pin 7 - .6 (calls for 2.0)
I think there was a tech that had this problem a couple of days ago.
