[TechAssist] Zenith TV Z35H86M 9-1972

I installed a 9-1972 and set was fine. Now after 3 weeks the sound is low for
the first 2 min. then it's ok. The customer has a cable box if I bypass the box
evrything works fine. The customer called cable they tryed 2 boxes with the
same problem, they say it's not there box. Has anyone hit this problem before?
